SearchIgnite is in the process of advancing our technology beyond search engine marketing to include online display advertising, video, rich media, email, and even radio and television. Responsibilities
- Progress toward acting as primary point-of-contact for Clients
- Managing relationships between Clients, search engines and SI
- Managing, documenting and resolving client requests
- Troubleshooting product and client issues in cooperation with technical personnel
- On-boarding new clients with SearchIgnite technology
- Training clients to use the SearchIgnite technology
- Proactively finding new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
- Staying abreast of developments in online marketing and helping clients understand how those changes will impact their use of the SearchIgnite technology
- Overseeing all aspects of providing a a best in class client experience; and
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- Search engine marketing experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- High enthusiasm and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- Desire to become subject matter expert in search engine marketing
- Team player within a highly innovative team environment
- Drive to troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues
- Strong business analytical skills as well as an understanding of and interest in technology
- Knowledge of tracking programs and/or search management software systems and analyzing resulting data a strong plus
